TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unox & Anna+Nina

These terms and conditions apply to the promotion 'Unox & Anna+Nina', hereinafter referred to as: 'Promotion', organized by Unilever Nederland BV, located in Rotterdam at Hofplein 19, hereinafter referred to as: 'Unilever'.

Article 1 General

  1. Every person residing in the Netherlands with a minimum age of 18 years is entitled to participate in this Promotion. For participation by persons younger than 18 years, permission from a legal representative is required.
  2. Participation in the Promotion is free of charge.
  3. These terms and conditions can be found at www.unox.nl/acties/annanina and in the savings app itself.
  4. Employees of Unilever who are involved in this Promotion and third parties engaged by Unilever are excluded from participation.
  5. This Promotion cannot be combined with other Unilever Promotions, including discount promotions (such as the AH Bonus Card discounts).
  6. Collected stamps expire after the end date of this activation and cannot be redeemed for anything else.

Article 2 How and when can you participate?

  1. This Promotion runs from February 24, 2025, to July 31, 2025.
  2. Participation in the Promotion is possible by creating an account via www.unox.nl/acties/annanina and uploading your proof of purchase of Unox Soup in Bag products purchased at Albert Heijn (purchased during the promotion period), after which you collect one stamp per product. During promotion weeks at Albert Heijn, you receive half a stamp per product.
    April is our PROMOTION MONTH where we double the stamps! This means that for every Unox Soup in Bag you purchase in April, you can earn as many as two stamps.
    Please note: Unox Soup in Bag purchased on sale yields one stamp per soup.
    A full stamp card of six stamps (or multiple full stamp cards) can be exchanged for a digital voucher code. This voucher code can be redeemed via the Anna x Nina webshop (www.anna-nina.nl). This voucher code then gives you 100% discount on one (or more) of the Unox & Anna+Nina soup bowls, depending on the number of full stamp cards used during redemption. A maximum of 4 full stamp cards can be exchanged per session for a voucher code.
  3. The Promotion is valid while supplies last (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED). Once the stock of soup bowls is depleted, this promotion will end and no more voucher codes can be redeemed. Unilever reserves the right to terminate the Promotion once the stock is depleted, without prior notice to participants. In case of stock depletion, this will be clearly communicated on the Promotion website and/or via email notification.

Article 3 Liability and indemnification

  1. You acknowledge that participation in the Promotion is entirely at your own risk.
  2. Unilever and the third parties or assistants engaged by it are not liable for any damage, direct and/or indirect, related to the Promotion, including, but not limited to:
    • the discount granted by it;
    • the modification, interruption, or termination of the Promotion;
    • the unlawful use of Unilever's systems by a third party (for example, in the form of a cyber attack resulting in the disclosure of personal data).
  3. Collected stamps expire after the end date of the promotion (July 31, 2025) or when the stock is depleted and cannot be used or exchanged for other purposes.
  4. Unilever will keep participants informed via email and in the savings app about essential information regarding the collection of stamps, the redemption of vouchers, and the stock of the Anna+Nina x Unox soup bowls.

Article 4 Personal data

  1. To participate in the Promotion, you may be asked to provide certain personal data (specifically: first and last name, email address).
  2. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and website terms of use of Unilever apply to the Promotion and the data provided to Unilever, which can be found at http://www.unileverprivacypolicy.com/nl_NL/Policy.aspx, https://www.unilevercookiepolicy.com/nl_NL/Policy.aspx, and https://www.unilever.nl/legal.html respectively.
  3. On the Promotion website, you can indicate whether you want to stay informed about newsletters and other Unilever promotions.
  4. To participate in the Promotion, you are asked to take a photo. The submitted photos may contain EXIF data (geographic location, date and time, depending on the settings of the camera app on the end user's phone), which data is automatically collected by Unilever. It is not intended to submit photos of persons, or other images that do not fall under the category 'proof of purchase from Albert Heijn'. However, should you do so, we will delete the photo within 7 days.

Article 5 Unilever Rights

  1. Unilever reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Promotion at any time if you act in any way contrary to these terms or any applicable legal provision. Unilever reserves the right to complete this termination without prior notice to you, without stating reasons, at its own discretion, and without Unilever being liable for this.
  2. In case of force majeure, Unilever reserves the right to terminate, interrupt, or modify the Promotion, and/or to change the discount of the Promotion as circumstances require, at its own discretion and without prior notice.

Article 7 Miscellaneous

  1. These terms and conditions can be modified by Unilever at any time. We therefore advise you to review the terms and conditions regularly.
  2. If and to the extent that any provision of these terms and conditions is declared null and void or is annulled, the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force. We will then establish a new provision to replace the null and void/annulled provision, taking into account the purport of the null and void/annulled provision as much as possible.
  3. It is not permitted to reproduce the software, website, or content of the Promotion, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, without written permission from Unilever.
  4. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from this or otherwise related to the Promotion or the website will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
